We have found that so many times aging seniors get overlooked. All the while their caregiving families struggle to participate in church activities.
Family caregivers face a wide range of challenges as they support their aging parents. Burnout, isolation, mental health and financial strain are common among those taking on added responsibilities as a family caregiver. Many caregivers experience high levels of stress and burnout.

The average caregiver is a working mother in her mid-forties, caring for a widowed mother in her late sixties while still raising her own children.

bēkn partners with churches to develop senior's ministries which include their caregiving families. We help provide essential support through practical, spiritual and emotional care within the context of local churches.
